1 How can I make my order?
Make your selection(s) of the design(s) you like from our catalog, and email your request to sc@sejaticards.com or call us at +65 9674 6050. Sejati Cards© will do their best to reply and discuss further on your wedding card needs.

2 How early should I make my request?
Please make your order at least 8 weeks before you plan to send out the invitations. For example, if your wedding is in August, you will most probably need to send out your cards at least 2-3 weeks earlier. You would also need up to a week to write out the invitations. So that makes 4 weeks.

Do allow us 4 weeks of production time – 2 weeks to confirm your text and/or map, and 2 weeks to print the cards. So that makes 8 weeks altogether. So for an August wedding affair, the order needs to be made in early June. Thus, please do make your request early and least 2 months ahead of your wedding.

3 Can I request for a customised card?
Yes, besides our catalog designs, we have designed and customised cards which are exclusive to the Clients (do visit our gallery). However, please bear in mind that with customised cards, we would need an early request of at least 10 weeks in advance before your wedding, to allow time for quotes, creativity and alterations.

4 Do I need to pay a deposit?
Once a design and price is agreed upon, Sejati Cards© will issue a quotation for the Client to sign and returned/faxed back/emailed to us. A 50% downpayment is required in cash/funds transfer. The balance payment shall be paid in cash/funds transfer upon receipt of the wedding package.

5 Can I see a card sample before going to print?
Yes. We will show you a digital proof or mockup of the invitation card before we proceed to the next step – printing. You would need to proofread, check through and approve the final mockup before we send the artwork to the printer.

6 Can the cards be delivered to me?
After the final approval, please allow 1-2 weeks for the wedding invitations to be printed and packed, and finally checked by Sejati Cards© at our premises to ensure the highest printing quality. We will inform you of the earliest available time for you to collect your package from our address:

7 Can you deliver overseas?
Yes, we can manage overseas orders, but there will be additional transport/courier charges for the delivery to your country. The price of the cards will be converted to your local currency at the current exchange rate. For example, if the card costs SGD1 each, that would be AU0.79* in Australian dollars, or MYR2.32* in Malaysian ringgit. Full pre-payment is also required for wedding invitations and delivery upon initial agreement of design and price.
