Sejati means "true" in Malay. A wedding, after all, seals a relationship between two people committed in love and responsibility towards each other, family and society, with Allah's blessings. A relationship which remains true and authentic till the end.

Sejati Cards© is created and designed by Ms Masturah Shaari, Founder and Principal of Design Maya, a design consultancy based in Singapore. Apart from her love for designing cards, Mas is a trained and accomplished designer specialising in logo and corporate identity, communication design, web and illustration, having served local and international clients such as Bosch, Gulf Air, interact group, Lucent, Dom LaVigne & Associates, Marshall Cavendish, NatSteel Asia, StrategiCom and Tuttle Publishing US.

Creating wedding cards with traditional Malay patterns and motifs is our way of preserving the beautifully vibrant Malay visual culture. We hope that our cards will one day become treasured items, kept and passed down to the next generations to appreciate and hold dear.
